Construction Management

Mickle Wagner Coleman, as part of our services, will provide construction observation for a project during construction. Our construction observers are experienced in working with Contractors to ensure the project is constructed according to the plans and specifications for the project. They observe the work being performed, act as a liaison between the Contractor, Owner, and Engineer, and review the Contractor’s monthly pay estimates to verify that the value of work in place is correct. Time spent on a project site varies according to the requirements of the contract.
